I had a mixed experience at Hilton Playa Del Carmen. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I truly enjoyed breakfast and lunch at the Mediterraneo restaurant. However, I found the evening meals lacking in variety and portion sizes. Additionally, the chaotic main pool made it difficult to relax, while the small pool was a peaceful oasis. I was also disappointed to discover mid-way through my stay that I could use the neighboring hotel's facilities, which would have enhanced my experience significantly.
